Our Story

Latent Path is a brainchild of the team at Red Bullet, a web development agency with over 10 years experience. As a team, we’ve built clever web applications for a variety of clients. Over the last 4 years we’ve been lucky enough to work on Talent development tools for Santander, EE, Expedia and Local Government. This gave us valuable insight into how larger organisations train, develop and get the best from employees.

Our Team

We are a team of talented developers with a focus on user experience. We don’t talk in technical specifications, rather in visual prototypes. We take time to understand complex workflows and simplify interactions with digital tools. With a focus on the learning sector, we’ve become passionate about supporting the way apprenticeships are being structured now. We’ve spent time with trainers, learners and employers to build a tool that complements programme delivery.
